Pacific Advisors Funds, its investment manager, Pacific Global Investment Management Company ("PGIMC"), and PGIMC’s subsidiary companies, Pacific Global Fund Distributors, Inc. and Pacific Global Investor Services, Inc., (together referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us,” throughout this notice) respect your right to privacy and are committed to safeguarding information provided to us by Fund shareholders. Our privacy policies reflect our commitment to maintaining the privacy of your confidential information. We appreciate the confidence you have shown by entrusting us with your investments. We do not sell non-public personal information to anyone and only share it as described in this notice.
Personal information we collect
We also know that you expect us to service your account and process transactions or services you have requested in an accurate and efficient manner. To do so, we must collect and maintain certain personal information about you, including, but not limited to:
- information from applications and forms we receive from you or your financial representative, such as your name, address and social security number;
- an address we receive from a third party when you have moved;
- information, such as account balances and your investment transactions with us;
- information you provide for online access including your user ID, password and other information for password updates; and
- information (commonly referred to as “cookies”) collected from the Web browser of your computer that allows our website to recognize your browser.

Personal information we may disclose
To better service your accounts and process transactions or services you have requested, we may share non-public personal information with our affiliates and service providers. We will only share non-public personal information with outside parties in the limited circumstances permitted by law. Our service providers are not permitted to use your personal information for any purpose other than servicing your account or as permitted by law.
If you have designated a financial representative, he or she will receive copies of confirmations, account statements or other documents on your account.
Confidentiality and Security
To protect your personal information, we permit access to your personal information only to authorized employees who need to know the information to provide products and services to you. Our employees are required to follow procedures with respect to maintaining the confidentiality of your non-public personal information.
Be assured that we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the information. We use technological means (such as backup files, virus detection and eradication software, firewalls, and other computer software and hardware) to protect against unauthorized access or alterations to customer data. We also perform ongoing evaluations of our systems containing investor information and make upgrades to these systems as appropriate.
Information you provide on our website
Your e-mail address. We collect your e-mail address when you register for account access on our website. Please see the Security section of this website for more information on Our E-mail Practices.
Personal data entered in calculators. When you use calculators and planning tools on the website, you may need to enter information such as your age or dollar amounts of how much you save each month. We do not collect or store this information. The information is only used to perform the calculation you have requested.
